EDUCATION

ACADEMIC PROGRAM

. Distance learning (online)
. Initial and continuing education
. Entry requirements: 5 years of higher education following high school

PREREQUISITES

. For students in initial training: Completed master’s degree.
. For continuing education: subject to the decision of the academic administrators

CALENDAR

. Start date: to be determined
. Duration: 1 year, renewable
. Total number of hours: 125

Internship

No internship agreement will be issued as part of this training program

Validation

. Mandatory attendance: Must have attended all modules of the program (⚠ Note: Failure to meet this requirement may jeopardize certification for the D.E.)
. Defense : In the form of a presentation of a scientific data management project before a panel
. Must have earned a grade of ≥ 10/20 for the preparation and presentation of the project
. The D.E. can be completed in two years *Certificateof Program Completion
. Must have completedat least five modules of the program (note that certain modules are prerequisites for taking other modules)

Please note: Applications are subject to review by the teaching staff.

– For doctoral students, participation in the training program will result in a certificate for the corresponding number of hours. However, you should first ensure that the hours from this training will indeed be recognized by your doctoral school. Similarly, enrollment in the doctoral training program does not constitute enrollment in the D.E. program. The two enrollments are separate.

Rates

Initial training: 700 €

Continuing education: 3,500 €

Special Rates

. Scholarship recipients: €200
. Doctoral students : €350
. Self-funded students : €2,000
. Job seekers : €1,500
. Re-enrollment in the second year to complete the degree (spanning two academic years) for those who have completed the entire program: €0

À la carte modules: €35/hour

* ⚠ If you re-enroll to confirm your status in the second year, you will be required to pay registration fees based on your circumstances.
